By accessing and using 21nauts' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

21nauts provides AI integration and enablement services including:

Enablement bootcamps and training workshops
Integration sprints and hands-on implementation
Betty Light organizational memory layer
Ongoing support and consulting services

User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Respect intellectual property rights
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials

Service Terms

Enablement Services

Workshop schedules are subject to mutual agreement
Materials provided are for internal use only
Cancellations require 48 hours notice

Integration Services

Project scope and deliverables will be defined in separate agreements
Source code ownership follows agreed licensing terms
Production deployment requires client approval

Betty Light Services

Data processing occurs within agreed security boundaries
Client retains ownership of all uploaded data
Service availability is subject to our SLA terms

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to agreed invoice terms
Late payments may incur additional charges
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 21nauts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Custom code and implementations created during engagements follow licensing terms specified in individual project agreements.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your business information and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. Detailed confidentiality terms are covered in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements when applicable.

Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. For enterprise clients, we provide additional security documentation and compliance certifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21nauts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance, and we maintain appropriate backup and recovery procedures.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services, and we will handle your data according to our data retention policies.
